Brand identity
Marilyn Dyer finds herself at the curious intersection of helping people with their money, and helping people with their spirituality. If nothing else, she’s fluid and dynamic so it was easy to determine that this was the direction we wanted to go with her re-brand.
After much deliberation on early sketches we decided that the peacock was the perfect symbol to use for her business since it was all about personal growth (think of the bird’s ever-expanding and beautiful feathers) and being eclectic. This was the birth of the peacock feather inspired logo-mark, which informed the rest of the design decisions regarding photos and textures.
Previously, it wasn’t exactly clear what it was that Marilyn did. She is a multi-talented, self-motivated entrepreneur so we repositioned her in the market to represent that. This is where we coined the term “clarity coach”, which encompasses all of the areas of life that she is qualified and certified to coach people in. Some of these areas include money, women in business, and general life coaching; all steeped in the essence of spirituality - hence the clarity, in clarity coach.
